Salve a tutti  , mi sapreste dire quali fra queti test appartengono agli immunodosaggi  :
1) IMMUNOPRECIPITAZIONE;
2) SIEROAGGLUTINAZIONE;
3) INIBIZIONE DELL'EMOAGGLUTINAZIONE DA VIRUS;
4) FISSAZIONE DEL COMPLEMENTO;
5) SIERO NEUTRALIZZAZIONE;
6) ELISA;
7) FPIA;
8) MEIA;
9) CMIA;
10) IMNIUNOELETTROFORESI;
11) METODICHE IMMUNOISTOCHIMICHE;
12) RIA;
13) IRMA.
Può anche essere che vi appartegano tutti agli immunodosaggi  ,voi basta che mi scrivete i numeri dei test che secondo voi appartengono agli immunodosaggi....grazie ..

Qualcuno mi sa dire a cosa servono le microparticelle nel Microparticle Enzyme Immunoassay (MEIA). Dalla definizione che trovo per lo più in giro per il web non riesco a capirlo.
Una definizione che ho trovato è: "Microparticle enzyme immunoassay (MEIA) is a technique in which the solid-phase support consists of very small microparticles in liquid suspension. Specific reagent antibodies are covalently bound to the microparticles. Antigen, if present, is then "sandwiched" between bound antibodies and antigen-specific, enzyme- labeled antibodies. Antigen-antibody complexes are detected and quantitated by analysis of fluorescence from the enzyme-substrate interaction."
