Chi mi aiuta con questo esercizio?
A two-fold serial dilution has to be made from 2 solutions. Sol A contains 4mg/ml and sol B contains 3mg/ml.
The 2-fold serial dilution needs to start at 2ug/ml and contains 12 dilution in a row. All the 12 dilution should at least contain 150ul volume. For pipetting no less that 10ul volumes can be used. In addition, no dilution higher that 25X can be used. Provide the pipetting scheme you would use.

- cosa non ti torna nel problema?
- non č che sei una bioinformatica? (non far caso a questa domanda, storia lunga)
