salve a tutti, sto preparando la tesi triennale e ho un dubbio riguardo questa parte: "Typically, 28 #956;mol of lipid was used to prepare 1 mL of liposome dispersion, at a molar ratio or egg PC:DOPE:DOTAP of 8:4:2. For in vitro studies (vide infra), molar ratios of 2:4:2 and 1:4:2 were prepared, as well. The film was hydrated in 1 mL of demineralized water... Plasmid DNA (3 mg/mL solution in PBS) was added (typically 100 #956;g of pDNA per mL liposome dispersion, which corresponds to an N:P ratio of 6:1)...."
a cosa si riferiscono N e P? ho provato a fare il rapporto molare tra il DNA e quella dei lipidi, ma il risultato non corrisponde. non riesco proprio a capirlo.
